Diane Von Furstenberg’s GapKids Collection To Launch Next Spring

Diane Von Furstenbergs GapKids Collection To Launch Next Spring

We dont know much, but it sounds like the collection is indeed happening. It will be for girls only, and will probably roll out next spring. Just dont be too bummed that the clothes are for tots and not adult-sized people! Weve been known to buy items in the biggest size (which, by the way, is usually a kids XXL or size 14) from Stella McCartneys GapKids line — and so has Carla Bruni, who is decidedly taller than we are. I consider that mission completed as I gaze at my suitcase full of treats and linger over memories of amazing tonkatsu and fresh creamy tofu. With regards to buying stuff, I had basically one rule when considering the buy “Could I buy this in Europe or on the obvious places on the web and at this price?” If the answer is a resounding no, then its a yay. I think this Limi Feu wallet definitely ticks the box. Its hard enough to find Limi Feu anything in London let alone a wallet by the label thats half off in price.

David Beckham To Debut Something Called Bodywear

David Beckham To Debut Something Called Bodywear

In an effort to keep preserve his personal brand and his ridiculous liquidity David Beckham announced today that hell be launching a standalone brand. The soccer star will release mens fragrance and bodywear under the David Beckham label starting later this year. Its great news and were happy for the guy, but the one thing we want to know is what on earth is bodywear?

A Google search for the term turns up a variety of links, the first one being a video of dudes walking down a runway in glorified banana hammocks that look like theyre made of highly flammable material.

Heat Sap

Ive crumpled up into an unrecognisable sweaty heap in Singapore. The hot and humid air has crashed down on me, forcing me to go into baby mode, which consists of nothing but sleeping and eating and thus has reduced blogging frequency here (I have a fair bit Singapore-related to go up…!). However, its got to be said… Singapore is for me, intrinsically tied with food and if a decent portion of time WASNT spent eating, Id be shaming my family and my reputation for being able to pack five meals a day.
